Complaint Handling Procedure
Should you have experienced any problems whatsoever in your dealings with us please let us know.
We want to do something about it to ensure that it does not happen again. Please email us via our
contact form.
We will endeavour to deal with all complaints within 14 working days of acknowledgement.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Switch.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Despatch (to UK addresses only)
All products are shipped either by Royal Mail or Courier.
We will endeavour to deliver your order within 3 working days.
Postage, Packing and Insurance:
For orders up to £40.00: £2.95
For orders over £40.00: FREE.
