We want you to be entirely happy with the products you order. We stringently check all our products,
however we do acknowledge that on occasion an item might slip through our net. We therefore
promise that if within 30 days of receipt of your order you are not entirely satisfied you can
return it and providing it is unused and in it's original packaging we will give you a full
refund or exchange it for another product.
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Should you wish to return or exchange any item it would be helpful if you could contact our Customer Services first as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to return the item.
