Nectarine Brioche with Clotted Cream
Use BBQ Accessory set -

A very quick recipe that makes a really good finish to the barbeque.
Buy the brioche rolls from the supermarket – they have a really nice vanilla flavour which goes well with the fruit and cream.
Serves 4 or 8
4 nectarines
4 long Brioche rolls, cut in half lengthways
ground cinnamon
227g carton clotted cream
Cut the nectarines in half and remove the stones. Cook on a hot barbeque for about 5 minutes until slightly softened
( but not falling apart ) and browned, turning once during the cooking time.
Meanwhile, lightly toast the Brioche rolls on the barbeque, then transfer to serving plates.
Place two nectarine halves on each piece of Brioche, spoon on the clotted cream and sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon.
Serve hot – the cream melts slightly over the hot nectarines.
Not suitable for freezing
