Tuna with Fennel Print friendly page
Serves 2

Ingredients

250 g tuna steaks
2 bulbs of fennel
1/2 leek
2 leaves of swiss chard
2 tablespoon sof oilve oil
Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Cut the fennel, leek and swiss chard into julienne strips, sprinkle with salt & pepper and place it in the steam case. Sprinkle oil evenly. Bake for 1 minute at 190 degrees C. Remove the steamer from the oven and place the tuna steaks on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and cook for 5 - 6 minutes at 190 degrees C.
