Chocolate Fondue

Use the Fondue Set 0368

Serves 4

200g ( 7oz) bar plain chocolate
200ml ( 7 fl oz) double cream
2 tablespoons rum, brandy or orange juice

To serve

Strawberries, raspberries, orange segments, pineapple pieces
Slices of nectarine, peach, banana, pear
Marshmallows and cookies

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put into the fondue pan.

Pour in the cream. Add the rum, brandy or orange juice and stir well.

Heat gently, stirring frequently until the chocolate has melted and combined with the other ingredients.

Serve with the fruits etc.
